全自動U型槽設備操作注意事項●操作注意事項：Operating considerations:

1.     安裝時，務必切斷電源。When installation, must cut off power supply.

2.     請檢查控制柜內部接線是否有運輸等原因導致的接線端子松動。Please check whether the internal wiring of control cabinet has the reasons such as transportation terminal is loose.

3.     非人員請勿隨意修改內部線路，以免發生危險。Non-professional workers do not modify the internal circuit in order to avoid danger

4.     請務必以標準接地。. Please be sure to level 3 standard ground.

5.     機器運作時，切勿用手觸摸滾動部件，如滾輪、鏈輪等

When the machine operation, do not touch scroll parts, such as roller, sprocket, etc

6.    調試剪切、沖模時切記關閉油泵電機，禁止把手伸入剪切、沖模之間，以免造成重大人身傷害。

7．調試剪切沖模時不準用硬物敲擊剪切刀片，以免造成機件損

8．設備上安裝的行程開關，觸摸屏等外露電器元件切勿敲擊，并防止受潮。

9．設備使用前應在液壓泵站加注46#抗磨液壓油50公斤，以后每隔半年檢查一次。

          Before using the equipment should be inject 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pump station

 50 kg, check once every six months later.

10．設備使用場地進線電源切勿有電焊等斷續性，高頻性設備使用，否則會造成設備連續性故障報警。
